Pro Bikes on Forbes avenue was gracious enough to host my seminar, "Winter Base Training Myths Exploded." We had a great turnout and discussed some new ideas about how to structure your winter training when the weather and short days won't co-operate.

I've been feeling really good workout-wise.  Almost too good.  The 4 hr rides I've done were really easy ( physically and mentally), compared to when I would do long rides in the past and even when you had me doing long rides to prepare for Big Bear.  The intervals have been good.  Although those VO2 intervals are brutal.
