Congratulations to Steel City Endurance Athlete Lee-Ann Beatty, racing for GPOA Cannondale, who is currently leading the Pennsylvania Elite Women's competition for Best All-Around Rider (BAR). BAR is a season long points competition, and there are separate categories for beginning women racers (Category 4 racers) and "Elite" Racers (Categories 1,2 & 3).
Lee-Ann upgraded from Cat 4 to Cat 3 last year after winning the State Criterium Championship for Cat 4. Leading the Elite competition which consists of riders in both category levels above her is a great accomplishment, above & beyond her expectations for the season.
