Escape from Alcatraz 2006. 1.5 mile swim from Alcatraz Island to the St. Francis Yacht Club, 18 mile bike through the Presidio and San Francisco hills, 8 mile run to Baker beach and back.

The biggest climb on the bike course is Seal Rock, from the beach all the way to the top of the Presidio. I passed about 3 people on this hill!
